Loaded AG ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy informs you how we look after your personal data when you visit our website (expat-savvy.ch) and tells you about your privacy rights.

2. Data we collect.

We may collect, use, store, and transfer different kinds of personal data:

  • Identity data: name, age, family status.
  • Contact data: email address, phone number, physical address.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, and device information.
  • Consultation data: information submitted via our health/relocation assessment forms to match you with appropriate insurance coverage.

3. How we use your data.

We use your personal data to:

  • Transmit your consultation request securely to Lang + Partner Finanzdienstleistungen GmbH or Vision Bohne, who provide the advice.
  • Improve our website performance and user experience.
  • Comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

4. Data sharing and transfers.

Loaded AG is not a regulated insurance broker and does not perform advisory functions; we merely facilitate the technical transmission of your request. Any data you submit for a consultation is shared with the FINMA-registered intermediary who advises you, Lang + Partner Finanzdienstleistungen GmbH (FINMA F01067278) or Vision Bohne (FINMA F01536404), who handles the actual brokerage and advisory under strict Swiss data protection regulations (FADP).

5. Analytics and advertising.

We use Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics service, to understand aggregate site usage. We also use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising on Facebook and Instagram and to build advertising audiences. The Meta Pixel sets cookies and transmits usage data (such as pages visited and booking events) to Meta; Meta may transfer this data outside Switzerland/the EEA. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in measuring and improving our marketing. You can opt out of Meta's interest-based advertising at facebook.com/ads/preferences, or block the pixel with browser tools/extensions. We do not transmit health information via the pixel.

6. Embedded videos.

Some pages show our explainer videos from YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.), embedded in YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Nothing is loaded from YouTube until you click play: until then the page shows only a preview image from our own server. When you click play, the player loads from YouTube, which receives your IP address and technical data about your device and browser, may store cookies or similar data on your device, and may transfer data outside Switzerland/the EEA. From that moment, Google's privacy policy applies: policies.google.com/privacy. Legal basis: your request to play the video.

7. Your rights.
