Is the review really free?
Yes. The 45-minute first review is free. We’re paid by commission from insurers only when a contract is issued (disclosed under Article 45 VAG), and we earn nothing on banking 3a. You pay nothing for the consultation.
Will I be pushed to switch?
No. We say “stay” more often than “switch.” The 45 minutes are honest assessment, not sales — no urgency tactics, no “today only,” no follow-up calls you didn’t invite.
Video call or in person?
Video by default. In person at our office at Talacker 41, 8001 Zürich on request.
Which languages?
English first, plus German, French and Czech across the team. Your written summary comes in your preferred working language.
What should I bring?
Your current insurance contracts (basic + supplementary) and a recent payslip. For pension reviews, your BVG annual statement and any 3a statements. Partial documents are fine — we request the rest after.
What happens afterwards?
A written summary within 3 working days: what we found, our recommendations with the law cited, and the next-step decisions. Then you decide — no pressure, the door stays open.
